Email support@ownerdriver.co.uk with a short description of the problem. We read everything and reply as quickly as we can.

Please don't email passwords, accounting-software logins, bank details or anything else sensitive that we don't need.

• Which screen you were on and what you tapped.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• Roughly when it happened.
• Your iPhone model and iOS version.
• The exact wording of any message, with amounts removed if you prefer.

In the app, Settings → Help & support can copy or email an app-health report for you. It contains the app version, connection and sync status only - never names, addresses, locations, receipts, files or amounts.

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to reset your password. Account deletion is in Settings → Account once you are signed in - the app will show you the record-retention date and ask you to export first. Support will never ask you for your password.

Statements and invoices: upload them from the Dashboard once you have been paid; the app matches them to your workdays and you review the deductions and VAT before anything counts.

Accounting software: connect QuickBooks, Xero or FreeAgent in Settings → Accounting integrations. The same screen shows every transfer, and lets you retry one that failed. A receipt that could not be sent can be retried from Dashboard → Expenses. Records already created in your accounting software must be managed there.

Exports: Records → Generate financial records gives you your accountant-ready workbook at any time.

Don't use the app while driving. Stop somewhere safe before recording anything. Owner Driver support is not an emergency or roadside-assistance service.

Requests to access, correct or delete your information can be sent to the same email with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to verify the account before releasing or changing anything. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
